Easy. Consistent. Flavorful. Fast.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add a pinch of salt to water.
- Add 1 head cauliflower (large chop) and cook until tender.
- Strain cauliflower and transfer to blender.
- Add: 1 tablespoon vegan butter, 1 tsp minced garlic, 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast, salt and pepper to taste.
Y’all – adjust the measurements for your taste but this works well for me. I don’t add milk because I typically have almond milk at home and don’t find the flavor appealing. If you need more moisture to blend, add some of the water that you boiled the cauliflower in!
