Best Ever Cauliflower Mash

Easy. Consistent. Flavorful. Fast. 

  1. Bring water to a boil.  
  2. Add a pinch of salt to water. 
  3. Add 1 head cauliflower (large chop) and cook until tender. 
  4. Strain cauliflower and transfer to blender. 
  5. Add: 1 tablespoon vegan butter, 1 tsp minced garlic, 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Purée. 

Y’all – adjust the measurements for your taste but this works well for me. I don’t add milk because I typically have almond milk at home and don’t find the flavor appealing. If you need more moisture to blend, add some of the water that you boiled the cauliflower in!
