Strategy #2

Boss brought these to the office today. 


I made it through the morning by having my veggie patty and apple. I was saving my lunch salad till after Pilates to avoid that full feeling while doing hundreds! 

So now it’s my craving hour. I strategically scheduled a meeting with the boss for 2:30 to avoid my craving hour. 

Today, this is my method to the madness. 

And lots of tea.
